Prior to 2018, Premio International Services, Inc. was not yet a brand name in Atlanta, GA. Premio has since grown and developed into a world class Digital Customs Brokerage serving both direct importers as well as third party licensed Freight Forwarders and NVOCC’s. Originally founded in 2001, Premio International Services, Inc genesis was one of the first neutral customs brokerage companies in the United States serving Freight Forwarders, NVOCC’s and direct importers at the Hartsfield Atlanta Airport and Port of Savannah. This era and business model of customs brokerages were highly successful and allowed the company to grow exponentially throughout the decade. While calling Atlanta, GA home, the business was eager to grow and grasp the needs of clients across the globe. They acquired a National Permit and Remote Location filing rights to clear customs and shipments at any airport, rail ramp, or ocean seaport in the United States.

The advent of the digital platform PremioTrak^SM   occurred in early 2018 when the rebranded Premio International Services, Inc. was acquired by Falcone Capital Holdings, LLC.  Originally founded in 1962 and operating across 6 continents through our wholly owned subsidiaries and partner offices, the award winning, globally recognized Falcone Brand of Companies provide world class transportation solutions and revolutionary technology across all modes of transportations.

John Falcone, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Falcone Capital Holdings, LLC., crafted the vision and plan of transforming a traditional Customs Brokerage into a One Click, Digitally automated Customs Brokerage Platform. Under the rebranded name Premio International Services, Inc., the core business model was sustained and transitioned into the digital age. Premio International Services, Inc. introduced our online, digital platform, PremioTrak^SM which offers world class seamless and accurate customs brokerage services at your fingertips.  PremioTrak^SM   is a one click, fully automated, digital customs brokerage platform. Through this digital portal, users can safely and securely upload and transmit their Power of Attorney, commercial documents to clear customs, and the entry will be generated digitally, efficiently, and quickly. Clients can seamlessly upload and transfer documents, receive real time updates from United States Customs and Border Protection, view shipment status in real time, releases, post summary corrections, and drawback status.

Premio International Services, Inc holds a national permit for Customs Brokerage and Remote Location Filing privileges by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Premio International Services, Inc is a certified and validated member in good standing with the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism-C-TPAT program through US Customs and Border Protection.
